Tasks:
- Perform full cycle management of automation task realization (from requirements preparation to commissioning);
- Defining objectives, framework, plan, budget, resources, quality boundaries, control points, risks and communications;
- Forming a team and planning its resources, assigning tasks and controlling their execution;
- Resolving possible disagreements between the parties involved in the implementation in terms of timing, resources (human and material), risks, quality of implementation methods, technological (including IT architectural) or business decisions;
- Informing project stakeholders in a timely manner, escalating issues beyond the scope of their authority and responsibilities
- Ensuring projects are in line with the Bank's project and task management methodologies and practices;
- Providing regular reporting on the status of project and task implementation, including reporting to the Bank's management.
Requirements:
- Education: higher education;
- 3 years of experience in project management;
- Experience in finance and investment and/or banking is desirable;
- Knowledge of software development life cycle, preferably knowledge of programming basics, understanding of systems integration methods, software development methodologies;
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence;
- Excellent communication skills;
- English at a minimum correspondence level, higher level is a big plus.
