Lead 1C Administrator DevOps | ERP Projects | Remote Work

We are looking for an experienced specialist to support and develop a large-scale migration project from SAP to the 1C platform. The position offers remote work with full-time employment for middle+ and senior level specialists. Key Responsibilities: - Comprehensive administration of the "1C:Enterprise 8.3" platform in a high-load environment. - Conducting assessments of existing infrastructure, formulating and justifying optimization proposals. - Developing and implementing infrastructure changes to improve system performance and stability. - Administration of Astra Linux operating systems (Special Edition "Smolensk" 1.7, Common Edition "Orel" 2.12), Ubuntu 22.04 LTS and related services. - Configuration and optimization of Apache 2.4 and nginx 1.24 web servers for 1C. - Monitoring, diagnostics, and prompt resolution of issues with operating systems and application software. - Automation of infrastructure processes using scripts and DevOps tools. - Identifying and eliminating causes of performance degradation in the infrastructure environment. - Collaboration with the development team to optimize code and database queries. Required Skills and Experience: - Deep understanding of the architecture and principles of the 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform. - Practical experience in administering Linux systems (Astra Linux, Ubuntu) for at least 3 years. - Proficient use of web server configuration tools (Apache 2, nginx). - Experience in administering PostgreSQL 13/14/15 DBMS. - Knowledge of Bash and Python for routine task automation. - Expertise in configuring and load balancing 1C:Enterprise 8 server clusters. - Skills in assessing hardware resource utilization and performance monitoring. - Experience in rapid diagnosis and localization of failure causes across various information system components. - Ability to quickly restore system functionality during outages. - Experience applying methodologies for operating and configuring large information systems. - Experience in collecting and analyzing technical data on availability and performance metrics. Nice to Have - Experience in migrating from SAP to 1C or other complex migration projects. - 1C:Enterprise 8.3 administration certification. - Experience with monitoring systems such as Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana. - Knowledge of containerization and orchestration principles (Docker, Kubernetes). - Experience in configuring high-availability solutions for high-load systems. - Understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with relevant tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins). - Knowledge of DevOps methodologies and Infrastructure as Code practices (Ansible, Terraform).
