Our established manufacturing enterprise, specializing in bicycles, ATVs, and snowmobiles, seeks an exceptional IT professional for a unique dual-role position. As Deputy Head of Information Security Service, you'll oversee security compliance while leveraging your 1C ERP development expertise to enhance our enterprise systems. This position combines security governance with hands-on technical development, ideal for versatile IT specialists who excel in both domains.


Key Responsibilities

- Administer and enhance information security protocols within the state secret unit.

- Ensure compliance with FSTEC requirements for technical protection of confidential information.

- Implement FSB standards for secure information encryption systems.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive security documentation.

- Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability testing.

- Collaborate with senior leadership on security strategy and implementation.

- Develop new functionality based on 1C ERP configurations (Enterprise Management, BP 3.0, ZP 3.1).

- Enhance and maintain 1C Document Management 8 KORP edition 2.1 systems.

- Implement and optimize WMS Mobile Smarts solutions.

- Design and develop secure integrations with third-party services via web and HTTP services.

- Create and refine API connections with marketplaces, EPTS systems, and EDI platforms.

- Configure and support hardware integration including label printers, barcode scanners, and handheld devices.


Team Leadership:

- Distribute workload effectively across development team members.

- Establish clear objectives and quality standards for technical implementations.

- Monitor development progress and ensure security compliance in all solutions.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior specialists.

- Bridge communication between security, development, and business units.


Nice to Have:

- Information security certifications (local or international).

- Experience in manufacturing or industrial enterprise environments.

- Knowledge of international security standards.

- Background in secure cloud implementation.

- Database security expertise.

- Experience with security incident response procedures.
