Customer and Partner Relationship Manager

You will be responsible for: - Leading projects (working with clients) to recruit IT specialists; - Communicating with clients (voice and text); - Communicating with partners, recruiters, IT specialists; - Conducting interviews and negotiations; - Attracting new partners and development of the direction. Requirements: - Experience working with people; - Experience in CRM and systematization of information; - Willingness to understand a large amount of new information; - Communication skills. Ability and willingness to communicate in business correspondence and voice; - Initiative. Must be able to propose solutions independently and show healthy proactivity; - If you know English, a huge plus.
