Project:

A platform for automating technical live-coding interviews based on real production-like projects. Candidates work with a full-fledged codebase, and the system helps evaluate solution quality, code changes, and role suitability.

Objective: Expand the available interview pool.

Key Requirements:

– At least 8 years of experience;

– Experience developing code under Linux.

Format: Remote, part-time (4 hours/day), flexible schedule.

Work directly with the project's CTO.
