International company - operator of cellular communications and digital ecosystem services in search of Business Analyst.


Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing product business requirements.
  • Collecting and formalizing product requirements.
  • Designing business processes taking into account organizational structure, customer partners.
  • Designing systems at the level of user scenarios and information models.
  • Defining the development strategy of the company's IT landscape.


Requirements:

  • Knowledge of methodologies and notations: necessarily UML, preferably experience or introduction - TOGAF and Archimate.
  • Experience in building large entity models, organizational business process models, and UseCase models of systems.
  • Knowledge of and experience with TMForum TAM+SID or similar models (IBM, etc.).
  • Knowledge of telecom/fintech/commerce subject areas.
  • Knowledge of customer service processes in the telecom or fintech sectors.
  • Knowledge of billing or banking processing systems.
  • Experience in creating integrated solutions.
