Business Analyst

We are looking for a specialist for the position of Business Analyst to participate in banking projects. Responsibilities include: - Participating in the development of proposals to change and develop the current product line and processes of Business Registration and other digital government services. - Formation of target business processes of the client path, requirements for transferring business logic to independent microservices, quality control of development, organization of testing of implemented enhancements - Participating in the development of architectural solutions in IT systems and making technological decisions to optimize business processes in order to increase their efficiency, reduce cost, customer focus - Communicating with related teams/streams, controlling the fulfillment of backlog tasks by related streamers that affect the development of urgent engagement products Required Experience: - Higher financial/economic education, technical; - Knowledge of banking products and term loan services; - Knowledge of banking and other regulatory rules, basics of civil and tax legislation in the field of term loan products; - Skills of development and implementation of new and/or modification of existing products and processes. - Skills in optimizing business processes in order to increase their efficiency and reduce costs; - Skills in setting technological tasks for software developers and managing the development backlog".
