Business Analysis

A global leader of products and technology solutions for diabetes management - in search of an experienced Business Analyst with English language skills. The main task is to align release documentation with Global Quality.


Responsibilities:

  • Aligning Quality documentation with global office for releases;
  • Audit current business processes on the project and development team and identify areas of efficiency improvement in the processes;
  • Formulating initiatives to improve efficiency and automation of processes and planning, assessing their impact on the company's business units;
  • Prioritization of initiatives for further optimization of business processes in accordance with global standards;
  • Formation of project documentation (description of current and target business processes, internal regulatory documentation);
  • Updating supporting documentation for products: user manuals, technical and design specifications;
  • Analyzing key business indicators of the product;
  • Control of analytics and TOR, description of User Needs and system requirements for products;
  • Formation and control of risk matrix.


Requirements:

  • Understanding of Quality Assurance processes;
  • Relevant work experience of at least 3 years;
  • English - B2+, Russian C1.
