A large manufacturer and retailer of clothing requires an Expert on implementation of 1C accounting reporting. 


Task:

Building a single corporate solution based on 1C UNF (Retail) and 1C UX + related systems.

The project has just started, now there is a preliminary design, clarification of requirements and process modelling.


Responsibilities:

  • Organising the transition from SAP and company accounting on 1C solutions;
  • Standardisation of business processes of a retail shop in the area of cash discipline;
  • Control of IT architecture compliance with business and legal requirements;
  • Coordination and co-operation with methodology teams by sections;
  • Managing the work of the team in its functional areas: Setting tasks for analysts, controlling the quality of fulfilment and deadlines of analysts' tasks, coordinating the work on the issues of interaction between groups of analysts, developers and the Customer;
  • Development, audit and delivery of project documentation to the Customer: technical designs, test programmes and methods, test scripts, operational instructions, user training programmes etc.;
  • Formation of a list of risks and proposals for their mitigation;
  • Work with 1C:Retail, 1C UX, 1C ZUP systems.


Requirements:

  • Expert knowledge of the peculiarities of accounting of trading or trading and manufacturing companies.
  • Excellent knowledge of 1C Accounting, 1C ZUP, or 1C ERP / UX in the field of accounting, with proven experience; knowledge of platform capabilities and architecture;
  • Knowledge and understanding of business processes underlying 1C products, knowledge of notations, design methods, types of diagrams: BPMN, EPC, IDEF0, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of project processes: survey, design, development, testing, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team and with the end customer.
  • Must be able to: write project documentation; articulate your thoughts clearly and concisely; communicate with colleagues and the customer in the same language; propose solutions to meet customer needs and defend them.
  • At least 4 years of experience in 1C product implementation projects as a lead consultant.
