A eLearning developer is responsible for the design, development, and implementation of eLearning solutions. They work with subject matter experts to identify learning objectives and create engaging and interactive content that meets those objectives. eLearning developers also have a strong understanding of instructional design principles and how to apply them to create effective eLearning courses. In addition to their technical skills, eLearning developers must be able to effectively communicate with stakeholders and project team members to ensure that everyone is on the same page throughout the development process.
