A large company, in the metal raw materials industry, requires a specialist in the team for the development of the company's distance learning system.


Key tasks:

  • Development, maintenance, automation of processes of distance learning system in the Company (Websoft HCM/WebTutor platform);
  • Information and technical support of employees (3rd line): consultations by mail and phone when employees have difficulties in working with courses or with the training portal;
  • Administration of Websoft HCM system (WebTutor);
  • Program development of new functionality / improvement of existing functionality of WebSoft HCM (WebTutor);
  • Development of system business logic (agents, customized reports, indicators, support of existing code);
  • Create new system interfaces (web pages, design customization);
  • Access the system database, retrieve and modify data;
  • Develop complex reports, print forms, workflow.


Requirements:

  • Experience administering a WebSoft HCM (WebTutor) system;
  • Experience of development on WebSoft HCM (WebTutor), knowledge of system architecture;
  • Knowledge and skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript development;
  • Experience in working with databases (SQL/MS SQL), forming SQL queries, knowledge of SQL;
  • Location: Russia.
