WebTutor Developer | Remote LMS Specialist | WebSoft HCM

We require a mid-to-senior level WebTutor specialist with demonstrated expertise in learning management system development. You'll join our digital transformation team, where you'll apply your technical prowess to evolve our corporate e-learning infrastructure into a more robust, intuitive, and scalable platform that drives organizational knowledge advancement.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain advanced functionality within our WebSoft HCM/WebTutor environment.

- Automate critical learning processes to enhance efficiency and system performance.

- Develop custom solutions to address unique organizational learning requirements.

- Integrate the LMS with complementary enterprise systems when necessary.

- Provide specialized third-line technical support to employees encountering platform challenges.

- Troubleshoot complex issues with course access, completion tracking, or portal navigation.

- Conduct expert consultations via email and telephone to resolve user difficulties.

- Create comprehensive documentation for common technical scenarios.

- Perform regular WebTutor system administration tasks to ensure platform stability.

- Configure system parameters to optimize performance and security.

- Implement strategic upgrades to maintain alignment with current WebSoft releases.

- Manage user access controls and permission structures.

- Program sophisticated system agents to automate data processing workflows.

- Develop customized reports that extract meaningful insights from learning activities.

- Create performance indicators for monitoring system health and user engagement.

- Maintain and refactor existing code to enhance efficiency and readability.

- Craft intuitive web interfaces that elevate the learning experience.

- Customize portal designs to align with corporate branding guidelines.

- Implement responsive layouts that function seamlessly across devices.

- Apply contemporary UX principles to maximize learner engagement.

- Formulate complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate system data.

- Design and implement database structures for optimal performance.

- Create advanced reporting mechanisms for stakeholder analysis.

- Develop sophisticated print forms and workflow documentation.

Nice to Have

- Experience with WebTutor version 3.5+ and WebSoft HCM Platform 2023+.

- Familiarity with additional web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js).

- Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI, cmi5).

- Background in instructional design or educational technology.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

- Exposure to additional LMS platforms (Moodle, Totara, SAP SuccessFactors).

- Understanding of data security and privacy requirements in corporate learning contexts.
