UI/UX

Responsibilities: - Shape the overall product vision and dive into the details of a specific scenario: building analytics and generating proposals - Facilitate the work of product teams: assist in concept presentations, generate business requirements, monitor implementation during development phases - Systematize and propose business process improvements - Research the market and digitize customer needs Requirements: - Experience as a UX/UI designer in product cross-functional teams - Portfolio (UI design projects for mobile and web applications - from conceptualization to product delivery; if no portfolio - willingness to show one of the projects) - Proficiency in Figma - Understanding of modern trends in visual interface design - Developed communication skills, ability to negotiate and build partnerships with people who differ in their knowledge and competence level - Ability to propose several solutions and defend the best one with arguments - Higher education
