Technical Writer (Business Analyst)

A platform for tracking deliveries and freight transportation. The project develops a complex technology platform with many integrations with both internal systems and external systems. Main responsibilities: Preparation of technical documentation. Requirements: -Confluence, MS Word; -4+ years of experience in commercial software development; -Understanding of Agile development methodology; -Ability to document and collaborate with other teams using project management software (Jira); -The ability to work in a fast moving meritocracy where every employee looks to constantly improve themselves and their company; -Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or similar; -Ability to prioritize and multi-task, with the flexibility to adapt quickly to change; -Ability to research and learn new software systems with minimal formal training; -Excellent written and verbal communication skills; -Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail; -Upper intermediate English.
