Responsibilities:

• Provide first level support for a variety of hardware, software, SaaS and mobile solutions

• Own the customer problem until resolution by keeping the customer informed in a timely manner. 

• Proactively anticipate customer needs or problems by listening to all details 

• Continually strengthen and improve your customer service skills 

• Continuously make improvements and updates to company knowledge base articles


Requirements:

Technical education in Industrial Automation, Automatic control system, Computer networking, or related.


Dutch / French speaking

Location: France (Cergy), Netherlands (Rotterdam) .
