Tech Lead PHP developer (Montenegro)

Project: trading product. Requirements: 
 - A qualified full-stack web engineer (desirable but not required) with a solid technical background and leadership skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment using mostly the latest technical methods; - Strong technical knowledge of PHP, MySQL, Symfony (or other PHP frameworks) - Experience with Drupal CMS is a huge plus; - experience using HTML, CSS, Javascript (Vanilla); - good understanding of responsive design and web standards; - good understanding of Git and gitflow, experience with codebase services (we use Gitlab); - knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodology; - English language. Will be a plus: - Experience with node development workflows (npm, gulp, etc.); - modern Javascript frameworks (we plan to switch to Nuxt + VueJS); - experience in the financial services industry is a plus. Tasks: - Provide technical leadership for a team of cross-functional engineers and be responsible for making technical decisions for your team; - Managing, organizing and motivating a team of website developers; - managing architectural and technical improvement projects; - ensuring the quality and stability of the front-end codebase; - collaborating with other team members, product owners and stakeholders; - Optimizing websites to ensure maximum speed, scalability and maintainability. Relocation to Montenegro, relocation package provided.
