Tasks:
- Organizing the IT team (up to 12 employees), including hiring and motivating employees;
- organizing and controlling the development of new functionality, including the processes of requirements gathering, development, testing and implementation of functionality;
- working with the backlog of the team, together with the team's VP, including tasks in the backlog of related teams, prioritization and argumentation of the necessity to implement tasks;
- maintaining team work plans. Setting tasks for developers, estimating the labor intensity of work;
- working in Agile-format, conducting ceremonies;
- Reporting, maintaining necessary documentation and presentations.
Requirements:
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility;
- experience working with Agile practices or in Agile teams, including working with Jira and Confluence tools;
- communication skills, ability to communicate with business customers, developers and related departments;
- ability to work with changing requirements;
- knowledge of the basic functionality of remote banking systems, as well as banking products and processes (preferably);
- experience in web-technologies (RBS systems or Internet solutions/cabinets, microservice platforms) or experience in launching mobile applications (desirable);
- understanding of the principles of modern services and technologies: REST, HTTP, microservices, integration solutions (desirable).
