We're seeking an experienced User Interface Testing Specialist to join our world-leading satellite telecommunications company. You'll leverage your proven QA expertise to ensure flawless functionality and exceptional user experiences across our digital platforms. As our UI Tester, you'll play a crucial role in quality assurance for customer-facing applications, including our telecom operator's personal cabinet, web applications, and enterprise solutions. Key Responsibilities - Execute comprehensive user interface testing across web applications, customer portals, and digital platforms. - Perform thorough functional testing to ensure all features work according to specifications. - Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing to ensure consistent experiences. - Develop and maintain detailed test cases, scripts, and documentation. - Perform regression testing after implementation of new features or fixes. - Identify, document, and track bugs using modern test management systems (JIRA, TestRail). - Validate user flows and journeys to ensure intuitive navigation and optimal usability. - Collaborate with development and product teams to resolve issues and implement improvements. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. - Provide clear, detailed feedback about UI inconsistencies and usability concerns. Required Skills & Experience - 3+ years of professional experience in web application testing. - Strong expertise in UI and software functionality testing methodologies. - Comprehensive understanding of performance, usability, and consistency testing principles. - Demonstrated ability to write high-quality test scripts, test cases, and checklists. - Experience with modern test management tools (JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail). - Excellent bug reporting skills with attention to reproducibility and detail. - Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript fundamentals). - Experience with cross-browser and cross-device testing. - Familiarity with responsive design testing approaches. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
