Senior UI/UX Designer for Information Security Platform | Remote

Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the project manager to develop comprehensive user onboarding flows and optimize overall user experience within our information security platform. - Conduct thorough evaluations of existing prototypes and recommend strategic improvements based on industry best practices and user feedback. - Design cohesive and brand-aligned color schemes that enhance usability while maintaining appropriate visual hierarchy for complex information displays. - Develop standardized CSS style systems that ensure consistency across the platform while accommodating the unique requirements of an information security interface. - Create high-fidelity prototypes incorporating stakeholder feedback and usability testing insights to ensure optimal user experience. - Translate complex security concepts into intuitive visual interfaces that both technical and non-technical users can navigate with ease. - Establish design guidelines and component libraries to ensure scalable, consistent interfaces across the entire product ecosystem. Required Skills: - Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web applications, with particular focus on Single Page Applications (SPAs). - Demonstrable portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing complex web interfaces for enterprise-level products or security-focused applications. - Proficiency in modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch for creating high-fidelity prototypes and design systems. - Strong understanding of CSS architecture and implementation for web applications. - Experience with responsive design and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) implementation. - Excellent user empathy with ability to translate user needs into effective design solutions. - Strong critical thinking skills and openness to alternative design approaches and constructive feedback. - Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript to effectively collaborate with development teams. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
