Senior Scrum Master / Project Manager - Azure DevOps | Remote

Key Responsibilities - Facilitate biweekly sprint planning, backlog grooming, and refinement sessions. - Conduct effective daily standups that maintain team momentum and resolve impediments. - Lead sprint reviews and retrospectives that drive continuous improvement. - Implement comprehensive release management workflows in Azure DevOps. - Manage the complete development ticket lifecycle from creation to closure. - Create detailed release notes and application management documentation. - Document technical meetings and decisions in project wiki. - Ensure proper knowledge transfer for all developed systems and processes. - Deliver precise, actionable progress reports to internal product owners. - Provide granular timeline updates with milestone tracking. - Bridge communication between technical teams and business stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate project risks before they impact deliverables. - Coordinate deployment of Windows Server 2022 IDMZ infrastructure. - Supervise implementation of secure data transmission using AzCopy. - Guide development of web applications that process and transform lab test data. - Ensure all solutions meet security requirements and technical specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications - 5+ years experience as Scrum Master for software development teams. - Demonstrated success managing complex technical implementations. - Advanced knowledge of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Current certification in agile methodologies (PSM II/III, CSM, or equivalent). - Extensive experience with Azure DevOps for end-to-end project management. - Working understanding of modern web development frameworks (Angular 16+, NestJS). - Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly Azure services. - Knowledge of database systems, especially PostgreSQL architectures. - Outstanding facilitation and team leadership capabilities. - Superior documentation and technical writing abilities. - Fluent English communication (written and verbal). - Proven track record implementing continuous improvement in development workflows. - Expertise in release management best practices and tools. - Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. - Experience delivering successful MVPs in iterative development environments. Nice to Have - Experience in laboratory systems or R&D technology environments. - Knowledge of Windows Server 2022 administration and security. - Familiarity with secure data transfer protocols and compliance requirements. - Previous work with consumer goods or manufacturing industries. - Hands-on experience with Angular 17+ and NestJS frameworks. - Understanding of PostgreSQL optimization techniques. - Azure certification (AZ-900, AZ-204, or similar). - Experience with multiple Azure services: Functions, App Services, App Gateway, KeyVault, Private Endpoints, Container Registry, App Insights, Log Analytics.
