Key Responsibilities - Design and develop robust automated test frameworks focusing on performance, load, and stress testing for financial trading platforms. - Create, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools like JMeter, k6, or Gatling for comprehensive performance analysis. - Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines integrating automated performance testing. - Conduct thorough API testing for RESTful services with tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or custom C# solutions. - Analyze system performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities in high-transaction environments. - Develop detailed test documentation including test plans, test cases, and performance reports with actionable insights. - Participate in Agile ceremonies and spearhead quality improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle. - Validate functionality and performance across Kubernetes-orchestrated environments with an emphasis on stability. - Perform specialized testing for Flutter-based frontend components to ensure consistent performance across devices. - Troubleshoot complex performance issues and provide detailed technical analysis to development teams. Required Skills and Experience - 5+ years of experience in automated quality assurance with focus on performance engineering. - Strong proficiency in C# and testing frameworks for .NET environments. - Demonstrated expertise with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6, Gatling, or similar). - In-depth knowledge of RESTful API testing methodologies and associated tooling. - Practical experience with SQL query optimization and database performance testing, particularly MySQL 8.0+. - Working knowledge of containerization technologies, especially Kubernetes orchestration. - Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex performance metrics and translating them into actionable tasks. - Experience with modern CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have - Understanding of financial services business processes and trading platform architecture. - Experience with MetaTrader 4/5 or other electronic trading platforms and protocols. - Familiarity with Flutter application testing and mobile performance optimization techniques. - Knowledge of stock trading concepts, order execution, and financial market operations. - Experience with cloud-based testing environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
