Senior JavaScript Developer for TV Web Platforms | Remote

In this remote position, you will harness your extensive knowledge of cutting-edge JavaScript frameworks and UX principles to engineer compelling, high-performance TV websites that deliver exceptional viewing experiences to millions of users globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement responsive, interactive components for premium TV websites utilizing React 18 and TypeScript 5.0+.
- Serve as a UX authority to enhance viewer engagement metrics and retention rates across digital television platforms.
- Architect and refine highly scalable frontend solutions capable of processing millions of daily requests with sub-second response times.
- Execute advanced performance optimizations ensuring rapid loading and fluid interactions across diverse devices and network conditions.
- Synchronize with backend specialists to integrate GraphQL APIs and establish efficient data retrieval protocols.
- Uphold superior code quality through rigorous reviews, comprehensive unit testing (Jest/React Testing Library), and meticulous integration testing.
- Assume complete technical stewardship of features from initial concept through development to successful production deployment.
- Engage actively in agile methodologies including sprint planning, daily coordination, and continuous improvement processes.
Technical Requirements:
- Demonstrated mastery (5+ years) of modern JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript 4.9+, React 17+ and Redux ecosystem.
- Advanced proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and SASS/SCSS for constructing responsive, accessible user interfaces.
- Substantial experience implementing GraphQL (Apollo Client preferred) for optimized API integration.
- Proven expertise developing performance-optimized web applications maintaining responsiveness under significant traffic volume.
- Practical experience with Node.js for server-side rendering and API development.
- Working knowledge of containerization via Docker and CI/CD workflows (GitLab CI or equivalent).
