Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated internal company tools for platform management, supporting End User Support (EUS) teams, client-side developers, and Data teams. - Create and implement robust services based on requirements from the EUS-team, ensuring high performance and reliability. - Seamlessly integrate newly developed tools with the core platform architecture, maintaining system integrity. - Conduct comprehensive code refactoring to improve system efficiency, and make strategic decisions regarding development tools, frameworks, and methodologies. - Maintain and optimize the company's corporate websites, ensuring exceptional user experience and performance. - Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations. - Implement secure API endpoints with proper documentation to facilitate integration between systems. - Participate in peer code reviews to maintain high code quality standards across projects. - Troubleshoot complex technical issues across the full technology stack, providing timely resolutions. Required Skills: - Minimum 2 years of commercial development experience with PHP 7.4+ (PHP 8.1/8.2 preferred), demonstrating progressive responsibility and technical growth. - Proficiency with modern PHP frameworks including Symfony 6.x, Laravel 10+, or Magento 2, with demonstrable project experience. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and SOLID architecture concepts. - Hands-on experience with relational databases including MySQL 8.0+ and/or PostgreSQL 14+, including query optimization and schema design. - Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript fundamentals for building and maintaining responsive component-based layouts. - Practical experience with Docker containerization, docker-compose for local development, and Git version control workflows. - Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a service-oriented mindset and focus on internal customer satisfaction. - High level of autonomy, self-motivation, and professional responsibility with proven ability to manage priorities effectively. - Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs, including proper error handling and response formatting. - Understanding of software development best practices, including code documentation and automated testing.
