We are looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM developer to participate in a customer and consumer service project. In this role, you will implement innovative features and processes to improve user experience, increase customer satisfaction, and optimize efficiency across all digital touchpoints, including web, social media, and e-commerce stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop custom solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Engagement).
- Create and maintain custom plugins, workflows, and business processes.
- Develop client-side JavaScript functionality to enhance the user interface.
- Integrate Dynamics 365 with other systems via REST API.
- Create and implement Power Automate flows for business process automation.
- Configure entities, forms, views, and dashboards in accordance with business requirements.
- Implement security roles and field-level security.
- Conduct system testing and troubleshooting.
- Create technical documentation for developed solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
Required Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Strong skills in developing custom plugins, workflows, actions, and client-side JavaScript.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate (Flow) and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of REST API integration methods and web services.
- Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with C# and .NET Framework development.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
- Very good written and spoken English.
Additional Skills
- Experience with Power BI for reporting and analytics.
- Knowledge of Azure services, especially in relation to Dynamics 365.
- Experience with Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.
- Experience developing portals using Power Pages.
- Previous work with model-driven and canvas apps.
- Understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules.
- Certifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer.
