You'll utilize your comprehensive Amazon knowledge to optimize product listings, execute data-driven PPC campaigns, and scale our brand presence in the competitive beauty marketplace.


Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic Amazon marketplace initiatives to enhance product visibility, boost conversion rates, and drive sustainable revenue growth.

- Configure and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts from scratch, ensuring compliance with current platform requirements and best practices.

- Craft compelling product listings with keyword-rich titles, persuasive bullet points, detailed descriptions, and strategic backend search terms.

- Design and manage high-performing Amazon advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Display) with precise keyword targeting and efficient bid management.

- Monitor critical performance metrics (ACOS, TACoS, CTR, conversion rate) to identify optimization opportunities and maximize ROI.

- Analyze competitor strategies and conduct targeted market research within the beauty and self-care category.

- Orchestrate successful product launches and promotional campaigns, including Lightning Deals, coupons, and Prime Day strategies.

- Maintain brand consistency and storytelling across product listings and enhanced A+ Content.

- Address customer feedback proactively and maintain exceptional seller ratings.

- Stay informed about Amazon algorithm updates, policy changes, and marketplace trends.


Required Skills and Experience:

- 3+ years of proven success managing beauty or self-care products on the Amazon marketplace.

- Demonstrated capability to establish Amazon seller accounts from scratch and transform them into profitable sales channels.

- Comprehensive knowledge of Amazon Seller Central platform, including inventory management, fulfillment options, and reporting tools.

- Extensive experience with Amazon Advertising Console to optimize campaign performance and manage advertising budgets.

- Data-driven decision-making approach with proficiency in analyzing Amazon Business Reports and third-party analytics tools.

- Hands-on experience with Amazon Brand Registry, A+ Content creation, and Amazon Stores development.

- In-depth understanding of Amazon's A9 search algorithm and ranking factors.

- Awareness of current beauty industry trends, consumer behavior patterns, and competitive landscape.

- Exceptional project management capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.

- Fluent English communication skills (both written and verbal).


Nice to Have:

- Experience managing products on additional e-commerce platforms (Walmart, eBay, Shopify).

- Familiarity with Amazon international marketplaces (EU, UK, Canada, Japan).

- Working knowledge of Amazon DSP (Demand-Side Platform) for expanded advertising reach.

- Professional background in beauty, cosmetics, or personal care industry.

- Understanding of Amazon compliance requirements specific to beauty and cosmetic products.

- Proficiency with graphic design tools for creating enhanced content and lifestyle imagery.

- Strategic understanding of FBA vs. FBM fulfillment options and inventory planning techniques.

- Experience with Amazon Live or influencer marketing programs.
