The 3D models you create will directly influence how users interact with our platform. High-quality, realistic plant visualization helps users make informed decisions about their landscape designs, leading to better real-world implementation. Your work will contribute to creating sustainable, aesthetically pleasing outdoor environments across various climate zones and geographic regions.


Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality, botanically accurate 3D plant models using SpeedTree 9.0+ with attention to species-specific details.

- Develop optimized low-poly models that maintain visual fidelity while ensuring efficient rendering in interactive environments.

- Craft realistic textures for various plant species using modern PBR texturing techniques and seasonal variations.

- Implement sophisticated LOD (Level of Detail) systems to optimize performance across different viewing distances and hardware capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with designers and developers to ensure plant models meet both aesthetic and technical requirements.

- Optimize models for real-time rendering in web, mobile, and potentially VR environments.

- Document modeling processes, techniques, and metadata to maintain consistent standards across the plant library.

- Participate in regular team meetings to align on project goals, share insights, and receive constructive feedback.

- Research and incorporate botanical accuracy into models while balancing performance requirements.


Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of professional experience with SpeedTree modeling tools, demonstrating progression in skill development.

- Proven expertise in low-poly modeling techniques for performance-critical applications with measurable optimization results.

- Strong understanding of texturing principles, PBR workflow, and material creation for natural elements.

- Experience optimizing 3D assets for real-time rendering with documented performance improvements.

- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, optimized vegetation models across different plant types and seasons.

- Ability to work directly and effectively with artists, designers, and DevOps teams in a remote environment.

- English proficiency level B2+ for clear communication with our international team through various collaboration tools.

- Self-motivated with strong time management skills suitable for autonomous remote work.

- Demonstrated ability to receive and implement feedback constructively.
