Senior 1C Financial Architect & Team Lead | Remote ERP Migration

Lead the architectural design and implementation of a comprehensive migration from SAP ERP systems to 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform with a focus on financial modules and regulatory compliance. You'll build and manage a technical team, collaborate with stakeholders, and ensure successful deployment of mission-critical financial systems. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert consultation during presales activities, including demonstrations of 1C:Enterprise 8.3 platform capabilities and financial modules. - Identify and document potential implementation risks, assumptions, and limitations for complex ERP migration projects. - Recruit, train, and lead a team of 1C consultants and developers for successful project execution. - Develop and approve detailed project documentation and specifications in collaboration with clients. - Create comprehensive technical requirements for developers and conduct thorough testing of customizations. - Manage functional group leaders and consultant teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. - Plan, allocate, and monitor project resources and milestone achievements. - Develop functional specifications for 1C configurations based on client requirements. - Oversee the data migration process from legacy SAP systems to the new 1C environment. - Present regular progress reports and conduct executive briefings for stakeholders. Required Qualifications: - Demonstrated experience (minimum 2+ projects) implementing regulatory accounting systems as a functional architect. - Proven track record leading technical teams in successful ERP implementation projects. - Comprehensive knowledge of 1C:ERP 2.5 configuration, particularly in regulatory accounting modules. - Experience with Multifunction Units (MFU) based on operational accounting data. - Ability to translate business requirements into detailed 1C configuration specifications. - Strong analytical skills for identifying and resolving complex financial system integration challenges. - Excellent project documentation development experience, including software requirements specification. - Advanced problem-solving capabilities in enterprise financial system implementations. - Proficiency in remote team collaboration and virtual project management methodologies. Preferred Additional Experience: - Working knowledge of Chart of Accounts (COA) management including historical periods. - Experience with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) implementation in 1C. - Integration expertise between 1C and external enterprise systems. - Familiarity with customized 1C configurations beyond standard implementations. - Proficiency with 1C query console for data analysis and troubleshooting. - Background in financial system validation and compliance verification.
