We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales Manager to manage a team of 7 managers. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong communication and relationships with team members and management to achieve the best results.

The company has been developing fintech products - trading, crypto, forex, NFT etc for over 25 years, combining innovative technologies, market movements and digital trends.


Responsibilities 

  • Search, recruitment, adaptation and training of new employees.
  • Managing the team, setting tasks and controlling their execution.
  • Achievement of planned indicators.
  • Creativity in solving tasks.
  • Reporting and interaction with management.
  • Motivation of staff. 


Requirements on experience and skills 

  • Experience in active sales from 3 years. Experience in team management from 3 years.
  • Experience of participating in projects.
  • Experience in building a team from scratch.
  • Negotiation skills.
  • Resourcefulness, creativity.
  • Experience of public speaking.
  • Knowledge of financial markets and investment opportunities.
  • Good analytical skills.
  • Ability to set up a cold sales funnel.
  • Work with social networks.
  • Computer skills, specialized software.
  •  (Knowledge of Google Applications package; Knowledge of trading platforms - MT4, MT5, LIBERTEX is welcome).
  • Language skills: Fluency in Russian is mandatory. Knowledge of English (B2) and other languages will be considered as an advantage. 
  • Education: Higher.
  • Additional education in the field of Basic Principles of Business Process Management or Lead Generation in modern conditions will be a plus.

Conditions

  • Location: Montenegro, Podgorica to work from office; Montenegro, Georgia for remote work.
  • Full-time, Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 MNE. 
  • Salary consisting of salary and bonus part without limits.
  • Work in a good team and company with clear goals and developing in fintech direction.
