Remote Senior SMM & Graphic Designer for Esports Industry

We're seeking an experienced SMM & Graphic Designer to join our international esports company on a full-time remote basis. As our dedicated design specialist, you'll create captivating social media content and collaborate on product packaging designs for our cyber-sports product line. Working alongside our Art Director and design team, you'll bring creative concepts to life while maintaining brand consistency across all digital platforms and physical products. Key Responsibilities - Design eye-catching social media content for multiple platforms, including posts, stories, and animated content. - Create digital banners and promotional materials with both standard and creative non-standard approaches. - Collaborate with the product team to develop packaging designs that stand out on retail shelves. - Optimize digital assets for various platforms while maintaining quality standards. - Create adaptations of designs for different formats and purposes. - Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries. - Stay updated on design trends within the esports and gaming industries. - Meet project deadlines and quality expectations consistently. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas. - Analyze performance metrics of social media designs to refine future content strategy. - Maintain an organized digital asset library for efficient team collaboration. - Research competitor visual strategies to identify opportunities for differentiation. Required Skills - Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio demonstrating social media content creation. - Expert knowledge of composition principles and light/shadow techniques. - Advanced proficiency in Adobe Illustrator CC 2023 and Adobe Photoshop CC 2023. - Thorough understanding of social media platform specifications, including banner sizes, safe zones, and technical requirements. - Experience optimizing digital assets for various platforms without quality loss. - Ability to create engaging animated content for social media stories. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. - Collaborative mindset and receptiveness to feedback from team members. - Understanding of current social media algorithms and content performance factors. - Experience creating cohesive visual narratives across multiple platforms. - Ability to quickly adapt to evolving brand requirements and market trends.
