Required Skills & Qualifications - 3-5 years of demonstrated experience managing complex IT projects, preferably in banking or financial services environments. - Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities across technical teams, business units, and executive leadership. - Strong aptitude for documenting business processes, creating technical specifications, and preparing comprehensive project artifacts. - Thorough working knowledge of both traditional project management methodologies and Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Practical understanding of system integration approaches, API management, and modern software architecture principles. - Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to systematize complex information and derive actionable insights. - Proficiency with contemporary project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, or similar platforms. - Experience managing remote or distributed teams across different geographic locations.
