We are hiring a Project Manager / Business Analyst to lead product development and enhancements for the user profile portal of a leading internet service provider. This remote role combines project leadership and analytical responsibilities, bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You'll play a key role in ensuring timely delivery, effective team coordination, and continuous improvement of platform features. This is a long-term opportunity for mid-to-senior specialists with experience managing digital product teams and shaping business-driven solutions in telecom, SaaS, or billing domains. Key Responsibilities - Coordinate the daily workflow of developers and QA engineers. - Translate business goals and stakeholder needs into clear, actionable development tasks. - Act as the communication bridge between product, tech, and operations. - Prioritize, assign, and track development tasks within Agile/Scrum framework. - Assist with product releases, backlog grooming, and sprint planning. - Facilitate feature discovery, requirements clarification, and implementation follow-ups. - Gradually take over representation in billing-related meetings, understanding system logic and implications. - Maintain clear documentation of business logic, workflows, and decisions. Required Skills - 3+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Business Analysis roles. - Solid grasp of Agile methodologies and software delivery lifecycles. - Proven ability to translate complex business needs into detailed requirements. - Hands-on experience with task tracking tools (Jira, ClickUp, Asana). - Strong interpersonal skills—capable of aligning diverse teams and stakeholders. - Familiarity with telecom services, SaaS products, or billing systems - Analytical mindset with attention to detail and business impact. - Proficiency in writing clear documentation (feature specs, user stories, flow diagrams). - Ability to manage multiple priorities and make informed trade-offs. - Fluency in English (written and verbal) for global team collaboration. Nice to Have - Experience in telecom, ISP, or billing automation platforms. - Technical background (basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or system architecture). - Exposure to customer-facing platform development (portals, dashboards).
