Project: IT service provider for the life science and healthcare industry.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) designing and implementing Dynamics 365 ERP solutions, including hands-on experience with configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules such as Finance and Operations, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Expertise in Azure cloud technologies and services related to Dynamics 365.
  • Proficiency in programming languages (C# and/or JavaScript and/or SQL) for customization and integration tasks.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
  • English: B2.
  • L4/L5 (Microsoft Graph for US Government L4; Microsoft Graph for US Government L5).


Goal:

  1. Communication with customer - define ongoing challenges and problem areas.
  2. Audit of Dynamics365 configuration and related processes/procedures.
  3. Prepare audit report for customer.
