The large pharmaceutical company is looking for a specialist for the position - Linux Architect.


Main responsibilities:

  • Linux-based architecture development and containerization.
  • Configuration, administration, management of Linux family of operating systems.
  • Managing complex containerization systems and configuring application management processes.
  • Design and implementation of security architecture based on Linux operating systems.
  • Access rights management.
  • Consulting for developers and system administrators.


Requirements:

  • Skills in system administration of one of the OS distirbutions: Ubuntu, CentOS 7, Oracle Linux 9, Astra Linux, RHEL.
  • Ability to configure and administer Apache, NGINX web servers. Understanding of proxy, reverse proxy. Knowledge of HAproxy.
  • Experience in administration and configuration of typical linux services, such as: ftp\sftp, syslog, DNS, DHCP, NTP. Security configuration firewalld, iptables, ufw. Working with Cron.
  • Basic knowledge of Docker. Skills in deploying containers via Docker Compose, Docker CLI, in extreme case via Portainer.
  • Experience in Bash scripting.
  • Knowledge of VMWARE vSphere virtualization platform. Creating servers, working with VM resources, etc.
  • Understanding of TCP\IP stack, experience in administration of AD, ADDS, DNS, DHCP, LDAP, MSCA, NPS, ADFS, DFS.


Will be a plus:

  • Availability of skills in working with Docker Swarm, Kubernetes orchestrators.
  • Experience in configuring and administering Prometheus+Grafana-AlertManager stack or analogs.
