Lead developer / architect C#, JavaScript

Looking for a lead developer / architect for C#, JavaScript. We have several projects: new and existing. The chief engineer of the project is responsible for solution architecture and setting tasks for programmers. Team composition: RP, lead analyst, analyst (plus testing), lead architect, developers. Project stack: Js, Ext.js, Low-code customization. Experience as a systems architect/lead developer: - Skills in managing project team technicians, ability to get things done, results oriented; - Skills in drafting specifications, writing project documentation. - Higher (or specialized secondary) education; - Technical English for reading API and library documentation; Specific knowledge of the subject area: - Good knowledge of C#, JavaScript(Experience.
