Functional Consultant (ITSM, ServiceNow)

Digital solutions company is looking for Functional Consultant (ITSM) / ServiceNow specialist in EU to contribute to the design and development of the CMDB.

Level: Senior

Duration: Short-term assignment for 4 months.

Work format: Full time.

Start date: First week of June.

Location: Anywhere in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, as long the candidate has the right to travel 1-2 times to the UK (no visa support).

Project:

The team builds cross-industry Low-code solutions. Responsible for both the development of the low-code applications and the delivery of advisory and implementation services to client base in accordance with the platform design best practices and in accordance with a defined implementation methodology. 

Requirements:

• Experienced in a similar role, with a track record of successfully delivering IT services using the ServiceNow platform.

• Strong understanding of IT service management processes and best practices, with ITIL certification preferred.

• Ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within a service delivery environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work on design, delivery, and support of a variety of solutions that meet business objective.

• Develop and formalize process documentation aligned with ITIL best practices.

• Construct and maintain a process improvement backlog based on identified gaps, feedback, and business needs. 

• Contribute to the design and development of the CMDB (Configuration Management Database).

• Support requirements gathering for Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives.
