Data Protection Officer

A telecommunications company is looking for a specialist for the position of - Data Protection Officer to organize work with personal data in the company. 

Key responsibilities:

• Developing policies regarding the processing of personal data. 
• Developing and updating policies and procedures regarding the collection, processing and protection of personal data and ensuring implementation within the company.
• Monitoring and auditing the collection, processing and storage of personal data within the company. 
• Identification of new processes of personal data processing and making appropriate changes to local regulations, amending Notifications (on processing and cross-border transfer)
• Identification of counterparties to whom personal data are transferred (employees or clients), building long-term relationships with counterparties, including development of an agreement on assignment of personal data processing, as well as preparation of necessary consent forms for transfer of personal data to such counterparties.
• Interaction with regulatory authorities: representing the organization in communications with supervisory authorities, including notifying authorities of personal data incidents, if necessary.
• Advising the company's management and employees on the operator's policies regarding the processing of personal data.
• Tracking changes in legislation, communicating updates to management and staff.
• Handling inquiries from data subjects regarding personal data.
