A major telecommunications company is looking for a Cloud Engineer for a project.

Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Kubernetes clusters for deploying Lakehouse components.

• Configure cluster scalability (HPA, Cluster Autoscaler) and fault tolerance.

• Manage network policies, Ingress, and access to S3 (IAM, RBAC).

• Automate infrastructure deployment using IaC (Terraform, Helm).

• Configure Kubernetes monitoring and logging (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki).

• Support the team in Kubernetes integration issues.

• Ensuring cluster security (encryption, network policies, secret management, timely updates).

Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps, or SRE, with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud platforms.

• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes: installation, configuration, optimization of high-load clusters.

• Experience with Helm charts and operators for deployment automation.

• Knowledge of scaling (HPA, Cluster Autoscaler) and fault tolerance (multi-master, etcd).

• Skills in configuring CSI drivers and StorageClass for integration with S3 and local storage.

• Proficiency in Terraform for Kubernetes management.

• Experience with Ansible, ArgoCD, or GitHub Actions for CI/CD.

• Configuration of Prometheus, Grafana, Loki/EFK for cluster monitoring.

• Understanding of Kubernetes metrics (CPU, memory, network, pod lifecycle).

• Experience configuring Ingress (NGINX, Traefik), NetworkPolicy, and CNI (Calico, Flannel, Cilium), Metallb.

• Knowledge of secret management (Vault, Kubernetes Secrets).
