Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)

Location: Fully remote, Flexible schedule

Reporting to: CEO

The Challenge:

Smartbrain.io has a strong foundation of skilled IT professionals, as CRO, you’ll rebuild our GTM strategy, unify sales/marketing, and scale revenue to dominate the outstaffing market.

Your Mission:

• Own end-to-end revenue: sales, marketing, partnerships, and pricing.
• Restructure the sales org (processes, incentives, hiring).
• Redefine our value proposition to outperform competitors.
