Job Description:

You will be responsible for customer support on bilingual projects. Team is looking for a wide range of candidates, from IT veterans looking to work in IT using English to those with bilingual IT experience.


Job Summary:

Projects will be determined based on your experience and time of joining the company. You will be involved in operations projects using both Japanese and English. Mainly user support operations projects, many of which require hands-on support with actual devices.


Project Examples:

  • Bilingual help desk work at a major foreign-owned pharmaceutical company in Tokyo
  • Primarily support client PCs, mobile phones, and peripheral devices
  • User support will be primarily in Japanese, and you will communicate with overseas engineers in English.

What We're Looking for:


Required Qualifications (IT Experience):

・Business-level Japanese and English communication skills (phone, email, documentation);

・At least one year of experience in IT help desk or user support;

・A strong desire to learn about IT technology;

・Comfortable communicating through phone calls;

・Ability to act independently.


Recommended Qualifications (Expands the range of work team can introduce):

・At least one year of experience supporting foreign companies in Japanese;

・Experience with simple troubleshooting of client PCs (Windows 10);

・Experience resolving issues while communicating with Japanese and English speaking teams.


Working Hours:

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM / 8 hours of actual work (Shift work may be available depending on the project).
