As the project I'm involved in is a startup-like, I combine multiple position activities, such as: - system architect (analysis, planning, revision of the stack, practices and solutions used; consulting; making critical decisions regarding the major platform development issues/design) - project/product manager (implementation planning; communicating with external developers; requirements list arrangement, etc.) - teamlead assistant (remote development team members communication and management) - server administrator / devops (devops-related, provisioning, deployment, continious integration, backup, replication, scaling, docker-related tasks; server maintenance) - system administrator (setup and maintenance of the office network/hardware, including PBX/Video surveillance systems) - technical support (for non-tech-related staff) - translator (our team is international :) ) - 'coordinator' itself (this includes some mentioned above, the point is to help to set up the communication of non-tech staff with foreign/remote development team) - 'web developer' itself (I'm a part of my dev team too, there are always some things to develop). Around 2 years of 2.5 I used to live and work full time in the Bangkok office, in close touch with Thai staff, I really enjoy that experience.
