Results: ● Implemented a bug management process, analyzing and fixing them in accordance with the SLA. This resulted in increased product stability, faster releases, and enabled us to maintain a weekly release cycle. ● Transitioned the project to a unified modern architecture, which increased the speed and quality of development, simplified the hiring of new employees, and allowed us to raise the CrashFree rating to 99.9%. ● Established the mobile app release process and provided release management for a year. Transitioned from a biweekly to a weekly release cycle. The release success rate reached 95% within a year. ● Led the implementation of tests in the project, which resulted in a 20% increase in codebase coverage and green-lighted regression tests, increasing their overall pass rate from 78% to 96%. ● Developed an automatic app update and event logging feature, which resolved the issue of app relevance among users and improved app observability. ● Monitored feedback and critical issues in the Google Store, as a result prevented several app de-publishing and release cancellations. ● Expanded the team from 5 to 8 people and conducted over 50 interviews for the Android team.
