● Participation in the transformation of the bank. ● Coaching teams and product owners agile values and principles. ● Facilitation of a team-level (up to 10 ppl) and tribe-level (up to 150 ppl) events.
Rosbank (Societe Generale Group)
I was a part of the team of Agile Coaches which were responsible for the transformation in Rosbank. As a result: ● Launched 10+ teams with Scrum framework. ● Launched 15+ with Kanban method. ● Launched an internal Scrum Master school, and 35 people are now supporting teams. ● Developing and conducting trainings and training workshops on Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Business agility. ● Support for teams in the role of scrum master/service delivery manager. ● New framework for big products maintenance was developed and implemented (as a result lead time has been halved). ● Launched method of checking Agile maturity level within the teams.
Raiffeisenbank
● I was a part of LeSS Transformation Pilot team who introduced this framework in Raiffeisenbank. ● Facilitation of team events (at the level of 1 team and at the level of the product group). ● Organization of the product development process. ● Coaching the team and the product owner.
