Specialization: Software Architecture
— Technology executive and Principal Architect with 25+ years driving business outcomes through enterprise architecture, telecommunications platforms, and AI-enabled digital transformation. — Recognised as a business enabler who translates architectural vision into commercial performance — sustaining revenue-generating systems for one of Europe's largest telecom operators (100M+ subscribers, 3,000+ TPS), delivering telecom projects across 20+ countries on four continents, and co-founding three ventures in CTO / Chief Architect capacity. — Deep expertise in eTOM, TM Forum, and TOGAF frameworks; microservices and event-driven architectures at scale; cloud and AI integration (LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, and classical ML); and the leadership disciplines that move large engineering organisations — governance via ADRs, architecture repository stewardship, and cross-functional alignment from engineer to board. Leadership Highlights: — BSS transformation at Tier-1 scale: Led architectural modernisation of a mission-critical BSS platform from monolith to microservices, sustaining 100M+ active subscribers and 3,000+ TPS while enabling agile product delivery across the operator's revenue-generating stack. — Three ventures from concept to production: Co-founded and technically led telecom VAS (Zeep HK - 13+ market deployments), fintech lending (LIRIDI - UK MVP delivered), and multiple architecture-led engagements. — Multi-continent telecom delivery: Directed ~20 OSS/BSS projects across Digenta's global operator base and opened 7 new telecom markets across Africa, LATAM, and Asia through architecture-led business development. — USD 10M+ annual sales leadership: Consistently delivered USD 10M annual technical sales targets at Ericsson serving VEON, Megafon, MTS, Kyivstar, and Armentel across the Pan-European operator community. — Enterprise AI architecture practice: Established AI architecture patterns and governance at MTS - LLM copilots, RAG pipelines, ML fraud and churn detection, and network anomaly detection - with ADRs covering model lifecycle, prompt/RAG design, and agentic workflows. Certifications: — Principal Solution Architect / AI-Architect. — Certified IT Project Manager. — Digital Transformation Leadership Reserve (Russian Government — Senior Leaders & Specialists Programme).

One of Europe's largest telecom operators. Lead the Architecture Group designing the group's next-generation Telecom OSS/BSS platform and its transformation from a legacy monolith to a TM Forum-aligned microservices architecture; own AI integration architecture across the platform. ● Business impact: Modernised the operator's revenue-generating BSS stack to a microservices architecture sustaining 100M+ active subscribers at 3,000+ TPS with disaster resilience and horizontal scalability — protecting service continuity for the operator's core revenue streams while unlocking agile product delivery cycles. ● Governance leadership: Chair architectural review across the delivery stream; authored 30+ Architecture Decision Records and established the enterprise architecture repository, creating transparent decision-making and cross-team alignment. ● AI architecture practice: Designed AI integration patterns and proof-of-concepts — LLM-based internal copilots and RAG pipelines over operational documentation, classical ML for fraud and churn detection, and anomaly detection for network operations; codified AI architectural standards and ADRs covering model lifecycle, prompt/RAG design, and agentic workflows. ● Patterns applied: Microservices, Change Data Capture, Transactional Outbox, Event Sourcing, Message Streaming, Cache-Aside.
