● Led the development of Dukhan Bank's mobile banking application, Qatar's leading Sharia-compliant digital banking platform serving over 500,000 clients. The app provides seamless access to Islamic banking services, including account management, fund transfers, bill payments, and investment products, delivering a secure and intuitive banking experience for customers across Qatar. ● Collaborated with a cross-functional team of designers, backend engineers, and QA specialists to deliver a high-performance, feature-rich mobile application that adheres to both Islamic banking principles and modern security standards.

● Led the development of My TT, Tunisia's premier telecom mobile application serving over 8 million active users nationwide. The app provides seamless access to 30+ telecom services, transforming how customers manage their mobile accounts, subscriptions, and payments. It delivers a personalized experience for prepaid and postpaid users — covering everything from real-time balance tracking and recharge to bill payments, multi-line management, and customer support. ● Collaborated with a cross-functional team of 12 members (8 developers, 2 designers, and 2 QA specialists) to establish technical excellence, deliver feature-rich modules, and transition toward a scalable, high-performance mobile architecture.
