Preparation for ISO 27001; • Manage internal IT department (3 functional reported specialists): definition of Service portfolio; Risk management; Business efficient solutions; Support the global corporate projects;

• Team member in Global AMO Quality Assurance team (MFG/pro Problem Management); Responsible for NA region; • Continuous Improvement at a Global scale (all Regions); • Problem Management at a Global scale (all Regions); • Work closely with Managed Service (MS) Problem Management Team to achieve all identified enhancements; Coordination of Change Management activities. • Capacity Management of production servers (HP-UX). Decreasing of disk utilization • Participation in Global ERP Projects on different roles in different countries (Slovakia, Czech Republic, Poland, Romania, Spain, Germany, France)
