Contributed to a project providing “Construction and Installation Monitoring Services Using Video Surveillance with Machine Vision and Geolocation Technology” for T Plus PJSC, with a budget of 50 million RUB. Involved in a digital transformation project to create a corporate digital platform for the NNK Group, including the implementation of a BI platform/EDMS and audit of current systems. Initial budget: MVP 100 million RUB + audit + BI 100 million RUB.
