● My job was broad technical leadership, architecture, engineering teams shaping and retaining, management, policies and guidelines. ● We developed a system capable of managing a multi-terabyte database with tens of millions of customers, each receiving thousands of personalized promotions. This system can efficiently send millions of customized emails per hour. ● I managed a full devops transition of the application. We started with manually-deployed applications and reached a highly automated Terraform GitOps CI/CD pipeline capable to build and deploy multiaccount and multi-cloud application stacks. ● I established an Engineering Observability Hub, providing all team members with a centralized view of every critical aspect of IT. ● I guided the teams in use of metric-driven approach and weekly process. This transition improved product stability, streamlined the release cycle, enabled early anomalies identification and ensured cloud costs control.
