• Integrated agile software development with a higher-level corporate project management methodology. • Facilitated PO in reducing backlog of 1500 items to manageable scope(about 150 PBI) in a 1-year project. • Facilitated PM in estimates of project time (enhanced burn-down chart) and risks. • Managed the reduction of the release regression testing cycle from 7-10weeks to 3-4. • Replaced obsoleted test plan of about 7000 test cases by controllable test suites. • Managed the reduction of the technical debt of 600 unresolved defects, and applied a zero-bug tolerance policy.

• Together with the department leaders designed a management system to drive up to 50 non-project initiatives. • Designed hiring system: 20 accepted offers in about 4 months. • Explored and designed workflows for the department of about 70 people:10 cross-functional teams and several individuals. Assured the minimal set of common rules to support integration with other departments and efficiency onthe business level. • Configured 7 Jira projects most actively used by about 200 people: Scrum and Kanban boards, dashboards, workflows, fields, screens, roles, and permissions. • Together with the Lead Product Manager designed production issues management system. • Designed maintenance tasks management system based on the probabilistic method.
