I am ServiceNow Developer focusing on traditional ITSM and ITBM and custom processes implementation which include ITIL processes, SecOps, B2B integrations between ServiceNow and other tools, Identity Management (including Azure) and CMDB using Client-Side and Server-Side Java Scripting, SOAP, REST and JDBC Integrations, Jelly and ServiceNow Service Portal.
I have 13 years hands-on experience with ServiceNow proven by ServiceNow Certifications. My ServiceNow journey started in 2008 when my former employer JT International decided to change the ITSM tool to ServiceNow. At that time, I was owning Incident Management process implementation in HP Open View Service Desk and led RFP preparation, tool selection and final ServiceNow choice as global ITSM platform for JTI. The “big bang” migration project (20K end users) was done within 9 months and during that time I transformed from process owner to ServiceNow Architect in JTI. It was great time leaning the platform on my own and managing ITIL processes configuration for Incident, Change, Request, CMDB and Master Data Integrations. After the go-live the work never stopped and I kept the Architect role within the Global JTI ServiceNow Development team starting new processes, running upgrades and improvements in the platform. At the end of my partnership with JTI in 2012 we got one of the largest deployments in Europe where almost all ITIL processes were implemented which include PPM, Business Service Catalogue, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Event Management and Surveys. These processes were tightly integrated between each other with many innovative features that had not been seen on the market. It was very nice experience however I was hungry for creative development work so I joined Aspediens (the first EU ServiceNow Integrator).
I worked remotely with Aspediens and later with DXC Technology (former Aspediens) for almost 6 years having opened the local company on my name that is contracted by Aspediens/ DXC since August 2012. From April 2018 to July 2019 I worked remotely with Kumoco working on a ServiceNow Store Product development as technical lead and the architect. The product is called “Cloud Manager” and it integrates with AWS, Azure and Spotinst as a decision making and analytical tool to make right steps to reduce the cloud costs.
From August 2019 to December 2020, I worked remotely for JT International SA on the project to merge IT ServiceNow environments between Global JTI and JT Group subsidiaries leading the implementation for Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Service Portal and personal identity information including historical data imports between two ServiceNow instances. Since then and until present days I lead support for merged processes and develop new ServiceNow functionality following JTI agile methodology.
I specialize in custom applications development that usually run complex business logic integrating the processes together on ServiceNow Platform. This helps my clients to get the most from ServiceNow keeping their data integrated for all processes in one single tool. The platform is great, and I keep studying it as new modules appear.
