1. Sales analysis for Buyers and Publishers Report.
Environment: Power BI.
Description:
● My client in Israel desired useful insights for their sales data, specifically for Buyers and Publishers.
● The buyer's report displays revenue, impressions, and CPM for various Buyers over various time periods.
● It also displays some useful insights such as top buyers and their publishers, revenue, impression, and CPM comparisons across time periods, publisher revenue, and so on.
● Publisher report provides detailed information for publishers such as new publishers, publishers with significant increases in impressions, different networks on which publishers work, % change in inventory, impressions, and fill rate over various time periods, specifically daily and weekly.
Responsibilities:

2. Shipments Report.
Environment: Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, MS SQL Server, and SharePoint

Description:
● My US-based client is a recognized Home Décor expert and a world leader in their field.
● In the United States, they offer their services to customers through their own branded websites as well as toll-free call centres.
Problem:
● The client receives the excel sheet from the back-office team on daily basis via email containing the active orders they got via call or any walk-in customers. Another data was stored in MS SQL Server regarding the Orders they received via the web site.
● Now sometime, clients need to modify the data they received via email just to remove human errors or update the status of the order. Also, he needs to visualize the combined data from Excel and MS SQL Server in an automated way.
The Solution:
Here, the organization handed us the charge of painting the picture as the picture paints a thousand words if it is done by a skilled artist. Hence, here we tried to decipher the data and tried to come up with the ideas that will be helpful to the organization:
● Created a Power Automate flow that will read the email and process the excel sheet received as an attachment and store the records of the excel file in the SharePoint Online List on regular basis.
● Once we, got the data in SharePoint List, we created a Power Apps (Canvas App) on the SharePoint List by which they can modify the data as needed.
● At last, we have created a Power BI report based on this SharePoint list and the SQL Server Data and provided some useful insights as below:
- Total Active Purchase Orders.
- Late Departures.
- Late Arrivals.
- This Week Departures.
- This Week Arrivals.
- Total Customers.
- Total Vendors.
- Anomalies in the data (as we are combining data from different sources).
- Purchase Orders by Arrival Status.
- Purchase Orders by Departure Status.
- ETA and ETD of different orders.
- Shipment status.
3. CR ACS Dashboard.
Environment: Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint Online List.
Description:
● My US-based client is a recognized wireless connectivity expert and world leader in providing 5G services beyond end users’ expectations.
● n the US, they provide their 5G wireless services to the customers so that they can seamlessly be connected to what they love.
● They cover the most interstate highway miles with 5G.
● Their commitment reaches beyond wireless.
Problem:
● The client was in need of some way by which their engineers can enter data on some common portal and then they can use this data to generate a useful insight by which it can help them in taking informed and right decisions time being.
● Once the details is captured then they wanted to send an email to some reviewers and ask them to review the details filled by engineers.
The Solution:
● Created a Power Apps (Canvas App) on SharePoint Online List so that engineers can enter the data as needed. Power App was having so many cool features like an editable grid as they needed it based on the data, they enter through the canvas app.
● We have prepared a Power Automate flow to send an email to the Reviewers with the attachments they have selected while filling the data through the canvas app.
● Once the data is filled engineer can send an email from Canvas App itself to the Reviewers to review the details they have filled.
● Now, we have created a Power BI report based on the SharePoint List to visualize the data so that they can take informed decisions for their business.
● Some of the insights are as below:
- On Air by Market.
- On Air by Location.

- On Air by Region.
- Comparisons between different Milestones.

● This project was mainly tabular representation project but, it was involving so many complex calculations and requirements.
● The main challenge in this project was their dirty data storage techniques.
● So, I have transformed data as per the best practices either in MySQL Views or in Power BI and created insightful dashboards for them which are helpful in taking informed decisions to them.

2. COVID-19 Outbreak Analysis.

● Built these reports to support the world to get genuine details about world
Problem:
● The year 2020 started on a bitter note as COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak started from Wuhan, China slowly spread across the world.
● With no vaccination and cure available for the virus, the victims entirely relied on their immune system, causing more than 8000 deaths in the first three months of the outbreak.
● Thus, we decided to put all the numbers and stats available across various sources and create a report which not only summarizes all the fact data into a well-arranged dashboard, increasing the understandability and value of the data, but also provides all the latest news about the outbreak from major sources around the globe, and spreads awareness.
The Solution:
● We put together and integrated multiple web resources and APIs available which provide tabular data regarding the issue.
● To make sure that the end-user easily understands the message we are trying to convey through this dashboard, we narrowed it down to a set of data sources and APIs we will be using for this report.
● An appealing yet neat dashboard was then produced providing various statistical analyses about the impact of COVID-19 on various countries.
